The company have implemented a content management system that enables the company to have full site service history with engineers operating PDA devices enabling instant access to data from site and instant transmission of electronic certification and job reports.

In 2017 Fire Defence (NI) Ltd became part of the Walker Fire UK Group with access to a service team throughout the UK and Ireland.
